In general, fees range from $1100 to $3600 depending on the previous testing undertaken and the current testing needed.

Indicative fees shown below.

The cost of a specific learning disorder assessment (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia) with ADHD and ASD screening is $2,200. This assessment is helpful in determining if a student has a specific learning disorder, along with understanding the behavioural, social and emotional difficulties they are experiencing at the same time. In some cases, an ADHD diagnosis may also be confirmed. The cost includes: initial consultation, administration of the cognitive, educational, executive function, emotional and behavioural assessments and questionnaires, feedback session at the end of the assessment process regarding initial results as well as a feedback session via google meet after the final report has been provided, to answer any questions arising from the report. A complete assessment (cognitive and educational) is needed to diagnose a specific learning disorder such as dyslexia. The ADHD and ASD screening assists in understanding the symptoms showing at home and school. The results from screening tools alone cannot be used to confirm a diagnosis.

The cost of an educational assessment is $1,500. This assessment is useful in understanding a student's overall academic progress. It can be helpful for younger to mid-primary students who are showing educational gaps and intervention such as one-to-one tutoring is being considered. Depending on previous testing undertaken, this assessment may also be helpful in understanding if a specific learning disorder may be present and in some cases, confirm a diagnosis. Included: initial consultation, test administration (phonological processing, reading, writing, spelling, maths skills), feedback session at the end of the assessment process regarding initial results as well as a feedback session via google meet after the final report has been provided, to answer any questions arising from the report. The final report presents the results of the phonological processing, reading, written expression and math skills assessed (this assessment is not an intervention but the results can be used to inform the intervention pathway).

The cost of a cognitive assessment with phonological processing is $1,300. This assessment is useful for younger students (e.g., late Prep to Year 2) who are showing delay in the development of early reading, writing, spelling and math skills, but have not received intervention and/or extra support at school. This includes: initial consultation, test administration (cognitive and executive functions), feedback session at the end of the assessment process regarding initial results as well as a feedback session via google meet after the final report has been provided, to answer any questions arising from the report. The final report presents the results for the cognitive and  phonological abilities (this assessment is not an intervention but the results can be used to inform the intervention pathway).

The cost of a cognitive assessment $1,100. This assessment is useful in understanding a student's overall abilities and if their difficulties are related to global or specific cognitive challenges (useful for younger students, Prep to Year 1, who are struggling to keep up). This assessment is also used to determine if a student's abilities fall in the range of giftedness. This includes: initial consultation, test administration of cognitive abilities, feedback session at the end of the assessment process regarding initial results as well as a feedback session via google meet after the final report has been provided, to answer any questions arising from the report. The final report presents the results for the cognitive abilities assessed (WISC-V).
